About
Rapid agent swarms, backed by Y Combinator.
Acyclic Labs builds rapid agent swarms. Hand a task to a swarm and it fans the work out across many agents, each in its own sandbox, then merges what they produce, so long agentic workflows finish exponentially faster.
We met on our first day studying Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, where we both graduated with First Class degrees. Varun wrote his dissertation on an auto-parallelising compiler and then worked on agent architecture at Tracelight. Ram is a published AI researcher: first author at ACL as an undergraduate, and top of the AI courses in his final year at Cambridge. At Palantir he built AI systems into the platform itself and directly for pharma clients, deploying agent swarms against real enterprise codebases in production.
